Welcome meetings
Our guides are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of all guests throughout their cycling or walking tours. Every day, you’ll have a knowledgeable contact person on site who is deeply familiar with the local culture and customs. With enthusiasm and passion, they strive to make your holiday as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
On (almost) all tours, you’ll be personally greeted upon arrival at your destination and provided with invaluable tips and advice about your trip. Whether you have questions about the route, need assistance with services such as train tickets or boat trips, or have other concerns, our team is ready to help. Additionally, the unique features and challenges of the respective routes will be thoroughly discussed with you.
For urgent enquiries or emergencies, a supervisor will be available nearby to provide prompt assistance. Whether through our on-site supervisor or the office team, we ensure quick responses and effective solutions to support you whenever needed.
Bike fitting and briefing
Our bicycles are not simply left waiting for you in a hotel bike cellar upon arrival. Instead, they are typically handed over to you personally by one of our supervisors. This ensures that the bikes can be expertly adjusted to suit your individual needs, allowing you to start your cycling adventure seamlessly and enjoy a fantastic week on two wheels.
Luggage transfers
On our cycling tours, you travel with only light-day luggage. Whenever possible, luggage transfers are managed by our own reliable staff, with taxi services used only in exceptional cases. This approach ensures punctual and careful delivery to your next hotel. Typically, your luggage will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
Return transfers
The starting point of the trip is not always easily accessible by public transport. To make your journey more convenient, we offer return transfers on many cycling tours. These transfers provide an opportunity for us to receive your travel feedback, share recommendations for future cycling adventures, and, most importantly, bid you a personal farewell before you head home.
